Squat Ups (Uthak Baithak): 20 Times

Push Ups: 10 Times

Physical Eligibility for Female

Height : 152 CMS

Running: 1.6 Km Completed in 08 Minutes.

Squat Ups (Uthak Baithak): 15 Times

Push Ups: NA

Bent Knee Sit-Ups: 10
